Tonight the NC Near Space group will launch a balloon in honor of Yuri's Night and this 50th anniversary of manned space flight. The plan is to send a balloon and camera up at sundown to capture some sunset photos. Everyone is invited. The launch will take place at approximately 7:45 pm at Lake Anne (35.870277N, 78.731428W). All are welcome to meet at TechShop at 7pm before the team heads over to the launch site.
